uLaunch is an exciting new disability employment organisation that aims to empower people living with disability, illness and injury by making it easier to connect with meaningful work.
uLaunch will introduce new pathways to fulfilling and suitable employment that are co-created and reviewed by people living with disability.
uLaunch is a member of the Angus Knight Group and is born out of the amalgamation of Jobfind and Joblife Employment. With 109 staff in 69 locations.
The new name reflects our evolving vision and the expansion of our products/services that cater to our participants evolving needs and preferences.
Introducing uLaunch
Over the past few months we have evaluated how Joblife and Jobfind can better deliver services and we have made some changes behind the scenes.
uLaunch have a Board of Directors where we have welcomed members who are people living with disability. The staff are also now made up of nearly 40% people living with disability, chronic illness or injury. All these changes – and others, come as part of our ongoing commitment to growth, innovation, and providing exceptional services to our valued participants and employers
While the name may have changed, and improvements have been made, we have not changed the good stuff. The staff will remain the same and our participants can continue to expect the same level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail that they have come to know and trust from our teams.
