The Angus Knight Institute (AKI) is our training and education division, specialising in top-quality vocational training and certificate and diploma courses for a wide cross section of industries. Training can be provided in face-to-face and online environments and may be fully subsidised, partially subsidised or fee-for-service.

Real Futures is a majority Aboriginal owned and staffed company that has mutually respectful relationships with Aboriginal Elders, Traditional Owners, employers, government departments, and service providers. At Real Futures, our passion is to appropriately skill and empower Aboriginal people to become workplace assets and community role models.

Real Futures operates the Get Ready (Pre-employment Training), Cultural Safety Training, Tailored non-vocational training and workshops, The Momentum Program, and Workforce Australia’s Transition to Work Program (TtW) to deliver support-based training and employment to end disparity for First Nations Australians.
