AKG’s allied health services include Healthfind and Intuitive Thinking Skills in the UK and AKG Singapore’s Healthy Workplace Ecosystem and School Health programmes.
Health, lifestyle, and personal issues can make a big impact on your capacity to find work. Healthfind helps you address physical, mental, and social barriers that are holding you back from achieving your employment goals.
Intuitive Thinking Skills in the UK have over eighteen years of experience delivering cutting edge education that empowers people to take independent action through self-determination. The teams at Intuitive Thinking Skills work effectively across sectors including criminal justice, drugs and alcohol, employment, mental health and wellbeing, domestic abuse, and homelessness through their educational approach.
AKG Singapore promotes a suite of health and wellness programmes at workplace clusters across Singapore, as well as in preschools and mainstream schools across Sinagpore.

For people living with disability
uLaunch has partnered with Populi Solutions to give their participants access to the Gloves Program. uLaunch recognises that a variety of innovative methods are required to engage and support job seekers in their journey.
The six-week program is comprised of a one two-hour session a week.
uLaunch believe that by reinforcing the connection between community and people with disability it strengthens the perceived identity of those with a disability, dissolving any bias, and in turn mobilises a potential group of workers into the workforce.
Health and wellbeing services
AKG Singapore delivers Healthly Workplace Ecosystems (HWE) on behalf of Health Promotion Board, and School-Health Promotion Service (BHPS).
Within HWE we partner with landlords and developers to bring healthier food options, complimentary exercise sessions, educational workshops and health screenings to workers and tenants on site and virtually in support of our national strategy of making health programmes accessible to more working adults. We aim to make health services accessible, affordable and available to all, in effort to build a Healthy Workplace Ecosystem within the nation.
The School-Health Promotion Service is an initiative aimed at increasing the reach and depth of health promotion programs in mainstream schools and preschools to influence health outcomes of our school-going children and youth. As an appointed partner of HPB’s School Health Outreach Division since 2023, we work closely with schools across Singapore to engage our students in the formation of healthy habits and behaviors.
