Jobfind, one of Australia’s highest performing jobactive employment organisations, partnered with Australia’s leading staffing, maintenance and care services provider, Programmed who employ around 30,000 people each day.
Launched in July, the new partnership has hit the ground running by delivering real job opportunities to unemployed Australians. It is empowering our job seekers and assisting them on a career pathway across a wide range of industries, benefiting employers to fill their vacancies with appropriately trained and selected employees.
This new partnership complements Jobfind’s existing relationship with over 890 employers across its jobactive program.
The following case studies provide a snapshot of how our partnership delivers results and empowers more Australians into great jobs.
Rui Charges Ahead into Employment
Rui is just one of the incredible young job seekers we have placed through our Programmed partnership to deliver real job opportunities to unemployed Australians.
With the help of Jobfind Frankston Recruitment Consultant Danielle LeCouteur, Rui landed the job as a Storeperson with Coca-Cola Australia within a week!
He also works casually in traffic control, has not missed a shift since working, and is grateful for the support from Jobfind.
“I was unemployed for over a year before coming to Jobfind, and it was pretty depressing. Jobfind helped me get the training and skills I needed, and they helped me land this job! I think it’s a great thing that businesses joining forces to do more to help young people get jobs. It just sucks being unemployed.”
Danielle says Rui has jumped at every opportunity to be work-ready and never knocked back anything presented to him.
“Rui is in a generation of youth that many do not have the skills to pursue their desired dreams. I wish I had 10 of him to work with every day as my job would be so much easier.”
Meghan’s Sweet Experience Landing a Job
Young job seeker Meghan is a doer. So, when she started working with Frankston Recruitment Consultant Danielle LeCouteur in early August, she took action and completed the online registration with Programmed straight away.
Eleven days later, Meghan commenced working as a Picker Packer at Mondelez chocolate factory in Scoresby, Victoria.
Danielle said Meghan completed everything required from the get-go, especially answering her phone and getting all processes done promptly.
“It’s people like Meghan that make my job easy, and others could learn a few techniques from when saying they want to work and committing to the process. Meghan made herself a stand out from other referrals because of her commitment to the process as a whole.”
