Career Transition Assistance helps job seekers over 45 learn how to transfer skills to different industries, increase job readiness, and receive ongoing support to look for work in a heavily competitive market.
We help overcome barriers
Each year, we help provide integrated training, support and job opportunities for hundreds of mature-aged people through our Community Development Program partners across Australia.

Located in the Gascoyne region, with sites in Carnarvon, Exmouth, Burringarrah and Gascoyne Junction communities.
RISE Ventures
Located in Katherine, Northern Territory, and in Kowanyama/ Pormpuraaw, Queensland.
RN Employment Services
Located in the Southwest Alice, North and Barkly regions of the Northern Territory.
