Helping people from all walks of life

Across AKG internationally, we specialise in helping people who have experienced disadvantage, people living with a disability, First Nations communities, culturally and linguistically diverse, refugees, justice involved, parents, the young and mature-aged people.

We provide pre-employment preparation and training, skills development and education, coaching and mentoring, and post-employment support.

Our global network supporting job seekers

We are contracted for the following Australian government programs: Workforce Australia, Disability Employment Services (DES), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ParentsNext, Employability Skills Training, Career Transition Assistance, and Time to Work.

In Canada, we are proud to partner with the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction in British Columbia to deliver Employment Services in five catchment areas and nine locations.

In Singapore we work on behalf of Workforce Singapore (WSG) as a Career Matching Provider (CMP) and partner with landlords and developers to bring healthier food options, complimentary exercise sessions, educational workshops and health screenings to workers and tenants with the Healthly Workplace Ecosystem (HWE) Program.

In Italy we deliver Guaranteed Employability of Workers (GOL) program and Dote Unica Lavoro (DUL).

In the UK we deliver National Career Service and the Department of Works and Pensions’ Restart Scheme, whilst in Sweden we deliver Kundval Rusta och Matcha (Equip and Match) for people registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service, Individual Pedadgogical Support in Education (IPSU), Steps to Work (STA) and Coaching and Matching (ACM) programmes.

Our training and education division partners with VFA Learning to offer a wide selection of vocational training for the most in-demand industries, from business skills to mental health qualifications across Australia

Rise Ventures

And our First Nations specialist provider, Real Futures, operates Vocational Training and Employment Centres (VTECs) to deliver support-based training across Australia.

Real Futures

Real Futures is a leader in creating real change and real growth for Australia’s First Nations peoples through its delivery of Disability Employment Services (DES), Momentum, and the Community Development Program (CDP). In addition, our Women’s Business 2nd Chance Hub has helped change the lives of over 600 First Nations women across Australia.

At Real Futures, we are proud to be Supply Nation certified, which means we are majority Aboriginal owned, controlled and managed. We help build community capacity through job-readiness, training, services and employment.

uLaunch

uLaunch partners with people living with disability, illness and injury to co-create new pathways to fulfilling and meaningful employment. We believe that people living with a disability deserve every opportunity to live a self-determined strong life of confidence and pride, thriving in their community.

At uLaunch, our specially trained employment consultants are skilled in helping job seekers find enjoyable, sustainable work and matching employers with great candidates.

Jobs 22

Jobs 22 is an innovative joint venture between AKG and not-for-profit social business Catch22, delivering employment services, the National Career Service, and the Restart program in the UK.

At Jobs 22, the combined experience of our partners enables us to provide a compassionate and commercial approach to getting people back to work. We tackle the barriers, provide comprehensive support and tailor journeys to the individual, which benefits their local economy and the local community.

Singapore

AKG Singapore is leading provider of employment and health and wellbeing services. We work with both government and businesses to promote physical, mental and social wellbeing and improve your employment outcomes. Whether that’s career transition, career planning or improving your wellbeing at work.

AKG Canada

In British Columbia, we are proud to partner with the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction to deliver Employment Services in five catchment areas and nine locations.

Italy

AKG Italia provides tailored support to unemployed people 16 – 64 years of age in Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Lazio through the Guaranteed Employability of Workers (GOL) scheme on behalf of the Italian National Agency for Active Labor Policies (ANPAL). In Lombardy we also provide tailored support to unemployed men aged 30 -54 through Dote Unica Lavoro (DUL).
