For people living with disability
uLaunch has partnered with Populi Solutions to give their participants access to the Gloves Program. uLaunch recognises that a variety of innovative methods are required to engage and support job seekers in their journey.
The six-week program is comprised of a one two-hour session a week.
uLaunch believe that by reinforcing the connection between community and people with disability it strengthens the perceived identity of those with a disability, dissolving any bias, and in turn mobilises a potential group of workers into the workforce.
Health and wellbeing services
Within Wellbeing and Health we deliver Healthly Workplace Ecosystems (HWE) on behalf of the Health Promotion Board and the School-Health Promotion Service. Within HWE we partner with landlords and developers to bring healthier food options, complimentary exercise sessions, educational workshops and health screenings to workers and tenants on site and virtually. The School-Health Promotion Service is an initiative aimed at increasing the reach and depth of health promotion programs in mainstream schools and preschools to influence health outcomes of our school-going children and youth. As an appointed partner of HPB’s School Health Outreach Division since 2023, we work closely with schools across Singapore to engage our students in the formation of healthy habits and behaviors.
